State Restrictions & Limits

Many states restrict the amount of wine a consumer can have shipped from a winery or all wineries in aggregate. By placing an order on Winderlea’s website you formally represent that you have not exceeded any of your states limits on aggregate purchases and/or shipments.

Age Restrictions & Signature Requirements

By placing an order for an alcoholic beverage through Winderlea’s website, you formally represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that the intended recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age. Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult signature at the time of delivery. No wines can be left on porches or doorsteps.

SHIPPING POLICIES AND RESTRICTIONS

By placing an order for an alcoholic beverage through WINDERLEA WINE COMPANY, L.L.C.’S (Winderlea) website, you formally represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that the intended recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age. Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult signature at the time of delivery. No wines can be left on porches or doorsteps. Therefore, we recommend that a daytime/business address be provided for wine shipments.

Shipping

Orders shipped via standard ground method should arrive in 10 to 15 days from the date of your order. Overnight orders can only be accepted in states that are serviced by FedEx and UPS. In such instances, orders requiring overnight shipment must be received by the winery by 10:00 AM Pacific time to arrive the next business day.

Return Policy

Winderlea guarantees quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for assistance. Please contact us at 503-554-5900 for resolution.

Shipping Destinations

CA, CT, FL, IL, MA, NH, NY, OR, VA, VT, WA
State laws restrict or prevent shipping wine directly to consumers in some states. We are able to ship wine purchased over the internet to the states listed below. Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses. We cannot ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Further, some states restrict the amount a consumer can have shipped from a winery or from all wineries in aggregate. The following state restrictions are currently in force and dictate the quantities we can ship. By placing this order you formally represent that you have not exceeded your states aggregate limit(s).

CA - no limit

CT - 5 gallons every 2 months

FL - no limit

IL - 2 cases per year

MA - 20 liters/delivery for a total of 240 liters/year aggregate for all wineries. This equates to approximately 2.2 cases per delivery or 26.6 total cases per year from all wineries.

NH - 60 bottles/household per year

NY - 36 cases annually

OR - 2 cases per month

VA - 2 cases per month

VT - 12 cases per year

WA - no limit
